What do Business Jeeto courses include?
Each Business Jeeto course is created, owned and managed by the instructor(s). The foundation of each Business Jeeto courses is its lectures, which can include videos, slides, text and additional resources the instructor has uploaded. In addition, instructors can add quizzes, practice tests and assignments as a way to enhance the learning experience of Business Owners, Retail Staff and Students.
How do I take a Business Jeeto course?
Business Jeeto courses are entirely on-demand, which means that you can enroll in the courses that interest you and learn at your own pace. You can begin the course whenever you like, and there are no deadlines to complete it.
Business Jeeto courses can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including a desktop, laptop, and our Android app.
After you enroll in a course, you can access it by clicking on the course link you will receive in your confirmation email, provided you’re logged into your Business Jeeto account. You can also begin the course by logging in and navigating to your My Courses page.
How long do I have to complete a Business Jeeto course?
Each course has specified duration between 30 to 540 days. Even after you complete the course, you will continue to have access to it, provided that your account’s in good standing, and Business Jeeto continues to have a license to the course.
Is Business Jeeto an accredited institution?
While Business Jeeto is not an accredited institution, we offer skills-based courses taught by experts in their field, and every approved course features a Business Jeeto certificate of completion. Certificates can be saved as a .pdf or .jpg file so that you can easily share your accomplishment.
Is there any way to preview a course?
Yes! If you're not sure if a course is right for you, you can start a free preview and watch a handful of lectures the instructor has selected.
What is E-Learning and how do I purchase courses?
E-Learning programs is a convenient way to view video training materials at your home, office, or on the go-on your mobile device. Every video lesson is complete with an action guide worksheet that you can use to follow along and use to track your progress. To access the E-Learning catalog and view all our online video training course materials visit our store.
How do I access my E-Learning account?
An e-Learning username and password will be provided to you upon the purchase of an online E-Learning course. In the case of a lost username or password, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. To access your account, please input your login information on our ‘My account’ section.
If I pause my video can I restart where I left off?
Yes, you can easily access your video where you left off by clicking on the “My Courses” section of the E-Learning platform and viewing your last accessed video.

Welcome to Business Jeeto! Holding an account is free, you can sign up for an account through mobile apps:
1. Go to businessjeeto.com or mobile app and click "SignUp".
2. Sign up with your email address. Account created!
3. Check your complete booking history made with Business Jeeto. This will include your booking amounts, refunds processed, cancellations and amendments done.

How to activate my Business Jeeto account?
For security purposes, you can only activate your account from a desktop. Go to Businessjeeto.com . Click "Sign In" and click 'Activate' below the forgot password link. Type the email address listed under 'Send activation email' in the form field, and press 'Send email'. Within seconds, you should receive an email with a link to activate your account.
Can I do the course on my iPad or iPhone?
Our current technology is not supporting video operations on iPad / iPhone. However you can view videos on any MacBook Pro or MacBook Air laptops.
How can I reset my password?
For security reasons, you can only reset/update your Business Jeeto account password via Desktop. Below are the steps you need to follow to reset/update your password:
1. Go to www.businessjeeto.com on Desktop.
2. Click on "Sign In/Sign up" link on the top right corner.
3. Now a pop up appears, Click on "Log In" link at the bottom.
4. Click on "Forgot password" link.
5. Enter the email address from which you created your Business Jeeto account.
6. Click on "Reset My Password"
7. You will receive an email to reset your account password.
Follow the instructions in the email to reset/update your account password.

While I was paying by net banking, my session expired. Why so?
Your session expired due to security reasons. This happens when you take too long to make the direct debit payment and don't manage it in the specified amount of time. Please go back to the booking page and start over.
My money has been deducted, and I have not received any confirmation mail or booking ID from your side. What should I do?
Such cases though rare usually happen and are usually the result of a slow internet connection. To know why this can happen, it's better to know a little: Once Customer selects the mode of payment and hits the Pay Securely button, the BusinessJeeto app redirects the customer to banks website where he makes the payment. Once the payment is done, customer will be re-directed to BusinessJeeto’s app, where the booking is done after the payment is verified. Once this is done, the confirmation page is displayed and the voucher is sent to the customer's email id provided at the time of making the booking.
What goes wrong? Well, for a booking to be made, it is necessary that you are redirected back to our app for it is important for us to know that the payment has been made. If during this stage something goes wrong (i.e., power failure, or a slow internet connection) and the connection breaks down, our system won’t know that the payment has been made and your account is debited. In such a scenario the booking won’t be generated. However, you need not despair; do let us know via 24*7 customer Support.
Can I pay with two different credit cards?
Online: Unfortunately we only accept 1 credit card as payment per transaction. Offline: Yes you can make the payment using 2 credit cards
Can I save my credit card details for future use?
Yes, you may save your credit card details like card number, name on card, expiry date, billing address to avoid filling these details every time you purchase a course. Thus whenever you wish to pay with your stored card simply choose 'Pay by using Previous Used Card' as the payment option.
